Terms of Service

Zhessor is a Mumbai-based digital agency offering web development, social media management, and AI automation services. These terms apply when you engage us for a project and, more generally, whenever you use zhessor.com. By working with us or submitting a form on this site, you're agreeing to them.

The pricing ranges and plan details shown on this site are indicative starting points, not a binding quote. Every project's actual scope, timeline, and price are confirmed in a written proposal before any work begins — that proposal, not the general site pricing, governs the engagement.

Unless a proposal states otherwise, our standard terms are 50% advance to begin work and the remaining 50% on delivery, before final handover of files or access. Ongoing plans (maintenance, social media management, automation upkeep) are billed on the schedule agreed in the proposal.

The number of revision rounds and the delivery timeline are set out per plan/proposal. Requests beyond the agreed number of rounds, or significant scope changes after work has started, may be quoted as additional work.

Once a project is paid for in full, you own the final deliverables — the website, its code, and any design assets created specifically for you. We may showcase completed work in our own portfolio and marketing unless you ask us not to.

Projects move at the pace of the information and feedback we get. Delays in sharing content, brand assets, approvals, or access to third-party accounts (hosting, domains, social platforms) can push back the agreed delivery timeline.

Projects often rely on third-party platforms — hosting providers, domain registrars, payment gateways, the WhatsApp Business API, and similar — that have their own terms and can change independently of us. We aren't responsible for outages, pricing changes, or policy changes on platforms we don't control.

Once work has started on a project, the advance payment is generally non-refundable, since it covers time and resources already committed. Any exceptions are handled case by case and confirmed in writing.

We provide our services on a reasonable-efforts, professional-standard basis. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for failures of third-party platforms outside our control.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with Mumbai, Maharashtra as the applicable jurisdiction.

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Terms already agreed in a signed proposal aren't affected retroactively by later changes here.
