Zhessor is a Mumbai-based digital agency offering web development, social media management, and AI automation services. This policy explains what information we collect through zhessor.com, why we collect it, and how it's handled. If you have any questions, email us at zhessor@gmail.com.

We only collect information you choose to give us, through two forms on this site:

• Contact form: your name, email, phone number, and message.
• Free resource downloads (lead magnets): your name and email, so we can send you the resource.

We also use PostHog, a product analytics tool, to understand how visitors use the site — which pages are viewed, which buttons are clicked, roughly where visitors are from (city/country level), what device and browser they use, and anonymised recordings of how pages are navigated. Anything typed into form fields is masked in those recordings. PostHog stores a small identifier in your browser (cookie / local storage) so repeat visits can be counted. We use this only to improve the site — never for advertising, and we don't sell it. Our team's own admin dashboard is excluded from analytics. When you arrive from an ad or a link, we also keep a small note in your browser's local storage for 30 days of where you came from (campaign tags in the link, the referring website and the first page you visited); if you then send us a form, that note is saved with your enquiry so we know which ads and channels work. It holds no name or contact details. The only other cookie is a functional one for our team to log in to that dashboard.

We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry, send the resource you requested, and — if it seems relevant — occasionally follow up about our services. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Submissions are stored in our content database (provided by Sanity.io) and email notifications are sent through Google's Gmail infrastructure. Site usage analytics are processed by PostHog. The site itself is hosted on Vercel. All of these act as service providers that help us run this site — they process your data only to the extent needed to deliver that service, not for their own purposes.

We keep enquiry records for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and maintain basic business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time — see "Your rights" below.

You can ask us, at any time, to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it entirely. Just email zhessor@gmail.com and we'll action it directly — there's no form or waiting period.

This site links out to services like WhatsApp, Instagram, and others. Once you leave zhessor.com, that service's own privacy policy applies — we're not responsible for how they handle your information.

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be reflected here directly.
